We absolutely loved this place! The location, right in front of the sea, was simply breathtaking. We enjoyed the beautiful seaview from our room and spending time on the terrace, soaking up the sun and listening to the sound of the waves. The interior design of the hotel was so elegant and luxurious, it made us feel like we were in a paradise. The meals served here were also top-notch, especially the breakfast buffet which had a wide variety of delicious options.

There were a few minor things that could be improved, like the need for bigger orange juice glasses at breakfast and bell carts for luggage. However, these were very minor issues in comparison to the overall amazing experience we had at this venue.

The hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk away from Nationalparkhaus and right by the beach, with helpful and friendly staff.

The hotel's location is ideal, situated right on the pier offering breathtaking views of the sea. Breakfast is extensive, with a great selection of hot and cold dishes. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, while service is friendly and efficient.

Some of the rooms may have outdated furnishings and may be in need of updates as reported by some guests.

The Ambassador Hotel is the nicest hotel I've stayed at in Europe over many stays, with the exception of one hotel in Hamberg that I paid +500 Euros per night. CLEAN! COMFORTABLE! All of the staff was incredible, with the exception of the following: Spa reception, two parties male and female; and one Night accountant that spoke no English. Beds are best in EU, breakfast is great, overall cleanliness is impeccable. Ambience is very nice. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! I would come back and bring my wife and I will tell others about it. Truly an nice experience.

Tried to book a massage, was most clear of next day by name, and using tomorrow. This did not happen. Reception booked it for same day, and there were no available opportunities on the day I planned for it. I could not check out and receive my bill in the middle of the night as the night accountant could not speak English, nor did he make any effort to assist, like he had never done it, or more like he just did not feel like it. Other than a couple of people, it is only the parking that is difficult when the hotel is full.

We absolutely loved this hotel: the location just in front of the sea, the seaview of the room, the interior design and teh meals were absolutely great! I would recommend to spend some extra on the seaview, since it is really beautiful. What makes this hotel really special is a nice & cosy relaxing area attached to the spa. The swimming pool is small, but it was enough for a relaxed swimming after sauna. The design of all the areas in the hotel is beautiful, and we were very much pleased by the breakfast buffet, which was delicious and versatile.

There is actually nothing to add in the "negative" area. We actually liked everything.

The room amenities were top-notch, with a cozy sitting area, terrace, and free Wi-Fi. I also enjoyed the delicious meals at the dining restaurant and the relaxing bar/lounge area. The spa and wellness center was a highlight for me, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The beach access was a bonus, and I loved spending time on the sun terrace with its heated swimming pool and comfortable sun loungers. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location of this hotel, right in front of the sea, was absolutely fantastic. The view from my room was breathtaking. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was impeccable. I also appreciated the convenient parking and the easy access to transportation. Being so close to the sea side was a major plus.

The beach was just a few steps away, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also really good with lots of variety.

The service was really inconsistent, some staff members were really unfriendly, which made us feel uncomfortable. The location was also a bit inconvenient as the rooms were in different buildings and we had to take the lift several times with our luggage.

We loved the hotel's location right in front of the sea, with the wooden pier nearby and the beach next to it. The hotel facilities were clean, almost new and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from. The staff was warm, approachable, and attentive, especially Jan, the waiter, who had excellent customer service qualities.

Stayed here for a short holiday, and it was great! Loved the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi, and the location was perfect – steps away from the beach and pier. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we took advantage of the sports activities offered. The pool and sauna were a nice way to relax after a day at the beach.

The rooms are a bit outdated and in need of modernization, and the tiny lifts were a bit claustrophobic. Also, we had some issues with reservations and cancellations, which turned out to be a bit stressful.
